Dark-themed fitness club website with live class schedule, online booking, and membership management
FitZone is a 1,500 m² fitness club in central Kyiv with 2,400+ active members, 8 trainers, and 15 types of group classes. Before the website, the gym managed everything through Instagram stories and a printed schedule on the wall. Members called the front desk to ask about available spots — and if no one answered, they just didn't come.
The reception team spent most of their time answering the same questions: "Is there space in the 7 PM CrossFit?", "What's the yoga schedule this week?", "How much is the monthly pass?" Class attendance was unpredictable — some sessions were overcrowded while others ran half-empty because no one knew the live availability.
We built a dark, energetic website on WordPress with: a real-time class schedule showing available spots, online booking per class with automatic confirmation, trainer profiles with certifications and personal schedules, three-tier membership pricing comparison, and a mobile-first design that lets members book their next workout in 10 seconds from their phone.
Challenge
FitZone managed 15 classes/day through Instagram stories and a paper schedule. Reception answered 100+ calls daily with the same questions. Class attendance was unpredictable — overcrowded or half-empty. No way for members to check availability or book online. New members had to visit in person just to ask about prices.
