Sunrise Realty is a growing real estate agency in Kyiv with 50+ agents and over 1,200 active property listings. Before coming to us, they relied on third-party portals like OLX and Rieltor.ua to post listings — paying per listing, competing with thousands of other agencies, and having zero control over the client experience.
Agents wasted hours manually cross-posting the same property to 5 different platforms with different formats. There was no central listing database, no way for buyers to search by map, and no agent profiles to build trust. The agency was paying $3,000+/month in listing fees to third-party portals while their own website was a 3-page brochure from 2019.
We built a full-featured property portal on WordPress with: an integrated listing database with advanced search and filters (type, price, area, bedrooms, features), interactive map search with district markers, individual property pages with photo galleries and floor plans, agent profiles with reviews and active listings, and a CRM-connected inquiry system that routes leads directly to the responsible agent.
